We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inspection Assistant. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our production team by performing routine inspections, operating machinery, and preparing equipment for use. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine inspections and quality control checks on production lines
- Operate machinery and equipment to support production processes
- Prepare equipment and machinery for use, ensuring they're in good working condition
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues
- Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment as needed
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift, 36 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
