Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our team. Our company provides tailored financial infrastructure for companies, banks, and fintechs with operations in multiple countries.

Our systems combine the agility of a fintech with the reliability of a global bank, focusing on secure, flexible, data-driven technology to simplify payments and empower businesses.

We operate on a cloud-native architecture designed to scale for global organizations and support international transactions, FX, multi-currency accounts, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining systems using agile methodologies, with expertise in Java, microservices, frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Quarkus), serverless, and cloud technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing as an engineer directing the team in best software construction practices, architecture and orchestration of microservices, integration with SOAP and REST services, messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka), knowledge of relational databases or NoSQL, and experience in systems development using agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain systems using Java, microservices, and frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Quarkus)
  • Contribute as an engineer directing the team in best software construction practices
