Job Title: Data Analyst

  • A master's degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required for this role.
  • Having a degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) is preferred but not necessary.
Key Requirements:
  • Client-facing experience or consulting experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, teamwork skills, and stakeholder/customer management skills are crucial.
  • Strong programming language and software engineering skills with adaptability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Solid knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and concepts, statistics, and research methods is required.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving techniques and analytics capabilities to handle large volumes of data and data cleaning.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey insights effectively to customers, IT, and business leaders.
  • Understanding of the business environment and industry trends is necessary.
  • Experience with Hadoop/Spark, SQL (Hive and/or MPP databases), and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, D3.js.
  • On-prem and cloud environments experience is desired.
  • Agile methodologies experience is beneficial.
