Job Opportunity: Stockroom Coordinator

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will provide support to the stockroom function in all material-related and control tasks. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate material movement to manufacturing areas to meet production schedules.
• Execute physical and systematic material movements involving replenishment to manufacturing areas and external processes.
• Utilize RF scanners for ERP transactions and operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain organization of Bin Management and First In First Out maintenance.
• Returns unused materials to the stockroom from manufacturing areas using RF.
• Properly dispose of scrap components and pull materials for purges from stock as needed.
• Perform Warehouse Cycle-counts where appropriate and verify necessary material movements and paperwork.

Requirements:

• Presentation skills to effectively communicate with various groups.
• Problem-solving skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficiency in operating a personal computer, including Windows-based software, and advanced PC skills with training on our software packages.
• Writing skills to create simple correspondence, read and understand visual aids, and follow instructions.
