Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced React Native Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing React Native applications, collaborating with the US team, PMs, BAs, and QAs, and ensuring high-quality look and feel for all features.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement React Native applications used by thousands of people;
  • Implement best practices and technical solutions;
  • Take ownership of business requirements and design/implement testable solutions;
  • Collaborate closely with the US team, PMs, BAs, and QAs to ensure high-quality look and feel for all features;
  • Develop and integrate new applications and enhancements;
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve stability and optimize the existing codebase;
  • Evolve the back-end infrastructure to empower web and mobile developers in creating compelling user experiences;
  • Write professional, performant, and high-quality code that supports a rapidly scaling business;
  • Maintain and instill high standards for code quality, application performance, and stability;
  • Work with our other engineering teams to deliver new products and ensure success for our customers;
  • Collaborate with the Product team to understand our users and their needs;
  • Ask the right questions and think deeply about building solutions that support both our short-term and long-term goals.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience with Mobile Development;
  • 2+ years of experience with React Native;
  • Native mobile applications development experience for Android or iOS;
  • Experience with tools such as Git;
  • Scrumban experience;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
Nice to Have:
  • Proven experience with Vue.js;
  • Experience with Jest and Detox;
  • Experience with Kotlin or/and Swift;
  • Strong knowledge in JSX, Node.js, and TypeScript;
  • Experience working with AWS, Lambdas;
  • Experience with Expo and EAS;
  • Experience with Sentry, Datadog, Papertrail.
