Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the company's products and services.

• Conduct market research to understand target audiences and their needs.

• Design and develop communication strategies for events, customers, and stakeholders.

• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize results.

• Analyze and track campaign performance using metrics such as conversions, engagement, and ROI.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required. Proficiency in Spanish is an asset.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• 5 years of prior experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

• Experience with data analysis and the use of marketing metrics to drive decision-making.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creativity and a passion for innovation in marketing.
