Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop automated systems for clients.
  • Build attribution logic systems to support multiple chains and assets.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities for rewards and billing analytics.
  • Design efficient workflows for reward calculations and distribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems.
  • Architect high-throughput solutions with low latency.
  • Lead technical initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliability.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with Golang.
  • Strong track record of delivering solutions with high throughput and low latency requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex financial or billing systems.
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of database design.
  • Track record of mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
