Job Title: Consultant - OT Architect (Edge, IIoT)

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement edge and IIoT solutions that meet client requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Ensure high-quality technical delivery, reduce technical debt, and drive modernization.
  3. Continuously improve and evolve technical guidance.
  4. Coach engineers to build with engineering discipline through mentoring and design or code reviews.
  5. Participate in architecture runway and advocate for automation and automated provisioning practices.
  6. Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. Develop patterns for implementation, own technical decisions, and align with business strategies and portfolio investments.

Requirements:

  1. Experience with virtualization, containerization, Kubernetes, MQTT, Azure ARC, and Azure IoT services.
  2. Experience with patterns for ingesting high-frequency telemetry, distributing and updating firmware, OS, and applications in a secure environment.
  3. Experience in industrial operations and a general familiarity of operator duties, requirements for OT network connectivity, and business constraints driving network considerations.
  4. Understanding of field devices and requirements, Mobile Device Management solutions, Mobile Profiles, and device lifecycling.
  5. General understanding of modern application architecture, infrastructure as code, application lifecycle activities, and change management.
  6. Experience exploring nascent technologies and carrying them through development and delivery lifecycle.

Additional Information: 100% WFH Global project - Fluent English is mandatory, Spanish is nice to have.

Work Schedule: 10AM - 7PM
