About the Role

As a product management professional, you will drive the evolution of our Seller Tools ecosystem, ensuring it is both user-centric and technically sound. You'll blend strong product expertise with technical depth to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.

You will act as the connector between commercial operations, end-users, and engineering teams, shaping tools that improve partner autonomy, streamline workflows, optimize execution, and unlock new opportunities through data and AI.

  • Own some of the Seller Tools, from discovery to execution to adoption;
  • Lead discovery processes to identify user pain points, market gaps, and opportunities for improving workflows;
  • Define product roadmaps that align with business objectives and technical architecture;
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering and architecture teams, understanding APIs, data flows, and service dependencies to make informed product decisions;
  • Balance short-term feature delivery with long-term scalability and system health;
  • Translate operational and market needs into clear, technically feasible requirements;
  • Partner with design teams to ensure intuitive, operator-friendly experiences;
  • Define success metrics for features, monitor adoption, and iterate based on data insights;
  • Leverage data to drive prioritization, experimentation, and continuous improvement;
  • Lead efforts to design, integrate, and scale AI-driven solutions across the product ecosystem;
  • Act as the voice of the customer and operator, while ensuring alignment with system capabilities and architectural vision.
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related area (or equivalent experience);
  • Years of product management experience in enterprise tools, SaaS, or related domains;
  • Strong product expertise in discovery, prioritization, roadmap definition, and UX improvements;
  • Data-centric mindset, with experience using analytics tools to drive decisions;
  • Technical knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud-based tools, and system integrations;
  • Experience working with both frontend and backend development teams;
  • Demonstrated experience designing or integrating AI/ML features into existing products;
  • Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence;
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and agile workflows;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both technical and business-focused.
