The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately €70,000 based on industry standards and location in central Brazil.

As an Agricultural Revolution Specialist, you'll be responsible for implementing our holistic NEXAT crop production system at reference sites. This will involve:

• Supporting the system from initial start-up to integrated plant production
• Organizing and supervising reference companies and their processes
• Implementing sales and service support measures on site
• Carrying out product training and instruction in an international environment
• Preparing specifications based on customer needs and implementing projects

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A degree in mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering, or agricultural sciences
• Solid knowledge in the field of agricultural engineering
• The ability to formulate complex relationships precisely
• An outgoing and confident approach when communicating technical knowledge
• Very good knowledge of English, with Portuguese being an advantage
