About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data-driven marketing team, you will work closely with our account management team to transform customer data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account managers to develop data-driven reports that highlight the impact of marketing strategies on business outcomes.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and other tools to identify trends and patterns that inform marketing decisions.
- Design and build engaging dashboards that simplify complex data into clear visual insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Provide proactive suggestions for improving data workflows and deliverables to enhance client satisfaction.
- Present complex statistical analyses and findings in a straightforward, understandable manner for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Availability during U.S. business hours.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets (millions to billions of rows).
- Strong understanding of statistics and probability.
- Experience with marketing data or advertising metrics.
- Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex analyses into simple, actionable insights.
