Highly Skilled Backend Engineer Wanted

We are currently seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team in creating a robust, scalable infrastructure that powers our accounts receivable automation platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement core backend services using Go (or a similar language) and SQL (Postgres or equivalent), focusing on data processing, transformations, and business logic.
- Develop event-driven data pipelines using Kafka or RabbitMQ to process messages without duplication.
- Write clean, maintainable code following clear coding standards and review practices.
- Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; instrument metrics (throughput, latency, error rates) and alerts; rapidly diagnose and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to deliver features efficiently.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on how businesses manage their payment processes, contributing to a platform that reduces costs and complexity for companies.
Requirements- 4–7 years of experience in professional software development, with mid- or senior-level responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in Go (or comparable backend language) and SQL (Postgres or equivalent).
- Familiarity with event buses/queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
- Solid testing discipline: unit, integration, and end-to-end.
- Familiarity with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
