Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled Global Demand Planning Tech Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of software and applications, managing an internal team, and partnering with external suppliers to find and deploy the right solutions for the future.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the planning and execution of software and applications to support business goals
- Lead an internal team and partner with external suppliers to find and deploy the right solutions
- Support programs to implement regional and global software and application strategies
- Collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments
- Explore opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings
- Ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished
- 7+ years in Supply Chain Planning with 4-5 years of implementation experience with business platforms solutions like o9, JDA/Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP/APO
- Solution expert for Demand Planning processes and implementation of demand planning technology to support them
- Expertise in delivering Digital Supply Chain transformation initiatives for Demand Planning
- Strong process knowledge of supply chain planning, sales and operations planning and reporting
- Experience in designing solution by working with different demand planning scenarios for Advanced Statistical forecasting and generating consensus forecast
- Expertise in modeling and reporting
- Expertise in data integration
- Good understanding of demand sensing solution with modeling external downstream demand signals such as POS/Retail Store level data for deployment decisions
- Ability to configure and customize the system to support business requirements
- Experience of integrating Demand Planning technical systems with host ERP systems such as SAP S4 Hana
- Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills
