Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in enabling our colleagues and subsidiaries to join and accelerate our business, particularly focusing on Microsoft programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage alliances with Microsoft and our subsidiaries worldwide for CSP Indirect Business
  • Communicate and train Sales Teams and partners globally
  • Create documentation and guidebooks for internal Sales and external partners
  • Develop strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Solutions and Partner Programs
  • Support partners throughout the partnership lifecycle, from onboarding to growth
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert to support platform/Marketplace development based on partners' feedback

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the IT industry
  • Strong skills in relationship building, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and researching partner information
  • Good understanding of Software licensing and Cloud offerings
  • Fluent business English (C-level) and additional languages like Spanish and Portuguese as a plus
