Sales Manager Latin America - Job Description

We are searching for an experienced sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the Latin American iGaming market, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the region.

This position demands a seasoned sales leader with extensive knowledge of the Latin American gaming industry and a proven track record of driving sales success.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify and acquire key clients, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and conduct market research to inform sales strategies and decision-making.

The Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.

The role requires a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role, preferably within the iGaming industry and focused on the Latin American market.

The successful candidate must demonstrate success in driving sales growth, possess commercial acumen, and exhibit negotiation skills and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

The individual must also possess a deep understanding of the Latin American gaming industry, including regulatory frameworks, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

In addition, the Sales Manager should have a black book of readymade contacts, established network, and relationships within the Latin American gaming industry, as well as proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

The role involves willingness to travel within the Latin American region and internationally as needed, and fluency in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese is required.
