We are seeking a Water Meter Solution Expert to join our team in developing innovative solutions for water metering systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in solution design workshops with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional, performance, and security specifications of end-to-end solutions.
- Manage daily communication with customers regarding end-to-end functional use cases and relay questions to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead technical discussions with customers during the implementation phase to ensure optimal solution performance.
- Analyze customer needs, including change requests and operational environments.
Long-term Objectives:
- Investigate and troubleshoot field issues related to solution functionalities and performance.
Skill Requirements:
- Specification of complex distributed systems using Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE).
- Ability to define end-to-end functional use cases involving interconnected sub-systems.
- Business analysis and client-side support in defining system specifications.
- Cybersecurity practices and considerations.
- Collaboration with offshore R&D teams.
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
- Client-oriented approach.
