BPO Operations Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BPO Operations Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our global operations team, you will be responsible for managing orders across the globe, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation, receipt, and verification of orders to manufacturing sites across the globe
- Follow-up on orders, providing updates to internal stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Utilize Microsoft tools, such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerBI, to manage and analyze data
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems, with a focus on order management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Advanced/Fluent level of English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proven experience with Microsoft tools and ERP systems
