IT Process Optimization Specialist

This role involves analyzing and improving Sales and Distribution support processes with a technical focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demand & Change Management lead in the sales and distribution area;
  • Evaluate Support Requests as 2nd level support member and decide about changes & projects;
  • Be a key partner to our users as Service and Support specialist;
  • Present solutions for new technologies, provide Business Analysis & Functional specifications;
  • Provide training and improve knowledge of our users.
About the Role:

We are looking for a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude, who can work well in cross-functional teams and take responsibility for decision-making. With your hands-on approach, structured mindset, and analytical skills, you will proactively seek to improve processes. You see change as an opportunity and can adapt quickly to help shape the future of our organization.

For this position, we expect a Master's degree in business administration or similar, and relevant working experience (SAP SD). Experience in cross functional module SAP LE-TRA/Oracle Transportation Module, S/4 HANA, ITIL, ServiceNow, and Oracle TMS is considered an asset.
