About the Role

We seek an analytical and business-minded Data Analyst to join our growing team. As a fraud expert, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and be responsible for creating accurate performance projections for our merchants.

  • Develop predictive models and lead pilots for merchant onboarding and performance simulations
  • Provide daily support to resolve merchant onboarding queries
  • Leverage advanced analytical tools in a high-tech environment
  • Present complex analysis and technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Deliver actionable insights to inform sales strategies
  • Mastery of online fraud prevention through hands-on analysis of live data
  • Identify and address common issues across the system
Key Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal)
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SQL
  • Proficiency in R or Python (functions creation, data manipulation)
  • Strong analytical skills with complex data
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Highly competitive and driven individual
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, natural sciences), economics, or business administration
