Product Manager Job Description

  We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product lifecycle, driving user activation, retention, and virality through data-driven insights and a deep understanding of user behavior.

  Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing user activation funnels to boost acquisition and retention, identifying and resolving mobile product issues by analyzing player feedback and crash reports, conducting user interviews, playtesting, and data analysis to uncover insights and validate solutions, prioritizing platform features aligned with company goals, focusing on simplicity and impact, leading team meetings, delegating tasks, and aligning efforts to drive company objectives, and optimizing landing and home pages to increase user acquisition and virality.

  To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in gaming or B2C products, expert-level skills in funnel analysis, user segmentation, analytics, and experimentation metrics, strong ability to conduct user interviews, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks, working knowledge of playtesting, game design principles, and player behavior, comfortable with remote, asynchronous work, and excellent English communication skills, basic wireframing skills and familiarity with data querying (e.g., SQL joins, group by).

  • Requirements:
