Financial Reporting Specialist

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial information from transaction initiation to periodic external reporting. The Financial Reporting Specialist will support all accounting processes, ensuring effective, efficient, and regulatory compliant finance practices.

About the Role
  • Prepare and submit statutory books in compliance with local requirements
  • Collaborate with external consultants to ensure VAT, tax, and fiscal compliance
  • Maintain statutory financial accounting and financial close related activities
  • Ensure internal financial control integrity
  • Liaise with local management on financial matters

This position plays a vital role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of financial policies, risk control procedures, standard operating procedures, and internal control measures.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble and support the facilitation of LE financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement
  • Analyze accounts and prepare monthly and year-end entries for statutory requirements
  • Prepare reconciliation between local and US GAAP for all entities
  • Support tax filings and develop internal reporting packages
  • Provide support in preparing documentation for audit requests
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
  • Proficient spoken and written English language skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, leadership, problem-solving, process improvement, and communication

Key responsibilities include managing multiple tasks simultaneously, executing and following through on key tasks, and ensuring key documentation requirements are met.
