Job Summary

This role is responsible for planning, preparation and execution of wells in collaboration with clients. The CTS Field Specialist will coordinate equipment movement and setup at the well site, oversee site crew operations and lead pre-job meetings to ensure successful project completion.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate equipment setup and operation at the well site
  • Oversight of site crew performance during job execution
  • Pre-job meeting coordination and facilitation
  • Promote a safe working environment through personnel supervision
  • Prepare comprehensive job reports detailing progress and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all relevant activities
  • Foster effective communication with company representatives
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (not mandatory)
  • Portuguese fluency
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in CT Services
  • Tertiary education in a related field
