We are seeking a highly skilled Outbound Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Control Tower (SCCT) Americas team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a logistics professional to manage outbound shipments, ensuring seamless end-to-end supply chain visibility and operational optimization. As an Outbound Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, creating proper documentation, following up, and managing national and export shipments with different modes of transport for packaging and additional materials.
Key Responsibilities- Manage outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations;
- Develop and maintain accurate shipment records, including documentation and follow-up;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping issues and optimize logistics processes;
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software applications;
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development;
