Affiliate & Partnerships Manager - LATAM Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will own and manage the day-to-day operations of the LATAM affiliate & partnerships program, ensuring consistent growth and optimization of the channel.
  • You'll identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners and publishers to expand our reach in the region.
  • You will develop and execute regional affiliate campaigns, promotions, and performance-driven initiatives in the LATAM market.
  • You'll monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
  • You'll build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, networks, and agencies to drive loyalty and performance in the region.
  • You'll leverage analytics tools to track performance, forecast results, and identify opportunities for optimization in the LATAM market.
  • You'll use data insights to inform strategies, drive efficiency, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • You'll work closely with the Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align affiliate & partnership initiatives with Roamless's global growth strategies.
  • You'll share LATAM market insights to help shape campaigns and improve user engagement in the region.
  • You'll stay up-to-date on affiliate marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies specific to the LATAM market.
  • You'll explore alternative ad networks and innovative acquisition strategies to continuously expand reach and performance in the region.

Qualifications:

  • Based in the region with a deep understanding of the affiliate and partnerships landscape in LATAM.
  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or B2B/B2C partnerships, with a proven track record of managing regional programs.
  • Experience working with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten Marketing, CJ, or Refersion.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Tableau.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and the LATAM digital landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the travel or telecom sectors is a plus.
