This role is responsible for providing leadership, support and oversight of in-house screening operations in Brazil. We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-obsessed Aviation Security Manager to develop and establish risk-based security standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic solutions to address evolving operational processes with a focus on identifying opportunities that facilitate business objectives.
- Oversight and support the development and presentation of metrics and KPIs to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Manage information from various reporting tools to determine and manage risks.
- Liaise with local and federal regulatory agencies in support of our customers and stakeholders.
- Regularly meet with 3P Security and Air Carrier Leadership to discuss projects, initiatives, trending data and areas of opportunity.
The Aviation Security and Regulatory Compliance team is responsible for security, loss prevention, and regulatory compliance at Amazon. The organization is built with four core pillars; Security Management Systems, Programs and Quality Assurance, Security Operations, and Credentialing.
Requirements- Bachelor degree in one or more of the following disciplines: aviation security, transportation/supply chain operations, corporate security management.
- Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or Customs security badges, if applicable.
- Effective communications, influence and negotiate priorities, determines where to simplify or extend solutions for the best outcome.
