Key Responsibilities

  • Build and guide the technical roadmap for your area, taking ownership of major projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Extensive knowledge of software engineering principles including scalability, microservices, and clean architecture.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills with the ability to inspire others.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
