We are seeking a seasoned Data Strategist to spearhead business intelligence efforts. As a vital member of our Global GTM Operations Team, this role will focus on streamlining sales, marketing, and customer success processes through data-driven insights.


About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for developing actionable analytics dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
  • Focusing areas include sales and customer success analytics, compensation calculations, conversational analytics platform management, and customer contract data management.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes and objectives to inform strategic decision-making.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Possesses 2+ years of SQL query writing and optimization experience.
  • Has professional experience in a data-intensive role, such as BI or data analytics.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Is proficient in BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Metabase.
  • Holds experience with cloud-based data warehouses, such as BigQuery.
  • Has programming language proficiency for data analysis and automation.
  • Cultivates a proactive mindset and excels in fast-paced environments.
