The role of Benefits Partner, Growth Markets involves supporting the transformation of employee benefits in growth markets.

Key responsibilities include partnering with the Global Benefits Lead to execute the Avanade benefit strategy and ensuring consistent core benefits across growth markets. Additionally, you will review all growth markets benefit provisions through an employee experience lens, ensuring alignment with inclusion and diversity strategies and the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP). This includes ensuring all growth markets benefits, including pensions, are approved and compliant with global policies.

Effective communication is key in this role, as you will partner with marketing and employee brand teams to ensure regional benefit packages support the growth of the external and internal Avanade brand. You will also work closely with growth markets HR and talent acquisition teams to ensure benefits are well communicated to support attraction and retention.

A successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and business acumen, as well as experience in growth market benefits, particularly in regions such as Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and Brazil. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also essential, along with experience with benefit tools and broker relationships.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills, able to manage stakeholders and partner expectations effectively. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and virtually, and a deep knowledge of the benefits portfolio.
