We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our Finance team at Kellanova. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing and monitoring key performance indicators, and providing ad-hoc financial analysis to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations to management.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue, costs, profit, and cash flow, to ensure business alignment and optimal performance.
- Ad-hoc Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions and initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in SAP/BPC a plus.
- Language: Fully bilingual in English and Portuguese, with Spanish language skill a plus.
