Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver guests' luggage, messages, and other items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Personalize guests' room orientation, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the lobby, serving as an ambassador for our property and brand.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Bellman in a similar quality hotel.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality, with strong decision-making abilities.
