Key Responsibilities- Country Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Brazilian market, including building the necessary infrastructure to support the company's expansion.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team in Brazil, working closely with the GM Latam to ensure regional alignment.
- Product Launch: Ensure the successful launch of localized products, working in collaboration with the PMO and operations team.
- Regulatory Compliance: Work with the Compliance and Risk team to ensure products and legal documents are fully compliant with all local regulatory requirements.
- Business Development: Build new business relationships and expand the value proposition for customers, as well as identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular reviews of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Experience: 8-10 years of professional experience in the Brazilian payments ecosystem.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the regulatory and bureaucratic requirements in Brazil.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
