Strategic Risk Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective risk management strategies that minimize losses and maximize returns.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and assess potential risks to the business, including market, credit, operational, and regulatory risks.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including diversification, hedging, and contingency planning.
- Monitor and report on risk exposures, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices are embedded in all business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification in risk management, such as PRM or FRM.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as SOX or Basel III.
