We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing releases across various financial exchanges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Release Planning and Coordination: Develop and execute release plans that align with business objectives and ensure seamless delivery of software updates.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on release progress and status, highlighting any issues or challenges encountered.
  • Release Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Maintaining Release Processes: Continuously assess and improve release processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in release management, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and application infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Proficiency in using Agile methodologies and related tools such as Jira, GitHub, and Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
