Job Title: Labor Associate

We are seeking a Labor Associate to join our team. As a Labor Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with technical research related to payroll operations, analysis of benefits, incomes, discounts, and providing your opinion on adopted procedures.

You will deliver consulting services to our clients, developing effective employment tax minimization strategies, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and mitigate risks related to payroll, and managing client labor relationships.

• You will work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change, and demonstrating analytical, agile, and adaptable skills.
• You will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in MS Office tools, mainly Excel.
• You will be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, proactive, curious, and able to manage time and self-administer tasks.
• You will have fluency in Portuguese and English, with Spanish being desirable due to our global clientele.
• You will hold a graduation degree in Law or Accounting.
• You will be available full-time.
