Job Title: Senior Operations Manager
The primary objective of this role is to lead and manage a team of warehouse associates in order to meet the productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead change at an internet speed by reviewing work forecasts and determining productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet overall building objectives
- Partner with other senior operations managers to balance labor ensuring efficient shifts while meeting all goals
- Support safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates
- Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and lean tools
As a senior operations manager, you are responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates. Your responsibilities include ensuring that your team has the necessary training, resources, and support to perform their jobs effectively. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing any performance issues within the team, as well as providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Requirements:- Completed bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or a related field
- Direct management experience for employees and their performance in companies in manufacturing, production, or distribution environments
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement (how, when, who)
- Fluent English skills
