About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BSA/Developer to join our team at GM Financial. As a key member of our International Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting third-party solutions and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing reusable APIs, working with development teams and stakeholders to drive cloud-native design and deployment methodologies, and mentoring junior developers and architects.

What You Need
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and security methodologies
  • Experience with cloud platforms, Agile development, and Scrum
  • Advanced working knowledge of information systems and operations systems
  • Understanding of SDLC process and project management steps
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design patterns and JMS messaging services
What You Will Be Doing
  • Analyzing business user needs and developing new or modifying reports or analysis functionality
  • Communicating with management and business partners on production and project statuses
  • Working closely with internal business units to facilitate project completion
  • Designing, developing, and implementing RESTful services and APIs
  • Applying the latest software design techniques and contributing to technical design of new solutions
