Key Responsibilities:

  1. Commercial Support: Under close guidance, act as the primary resource for clinical assistance, addressing routine issues related to troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company offerings.
  2. Customer Education: Facilitate the education of clients on the advantages and appropriate clinical application of company products by engaging in presentations and demonstrations to keep all clients informed about the latest Boston Scientific innovations.
  3. Clinical Engagement: Participate in unit implants within hospital labs and operating rooms, ensuring patient follow-up to guarantee customer and patient satisfaction with the implanted devices.
  4. Collaboration with Sales Representatives: Partner with sales personnel to connect with current and prospective clients (e.g., physicians, medical office groups) to identify their clinical requirements, objectives, and limitations regarding patient care, while discussing how company products can assist in achieving their goals.
  5. Relationship Development: Begin establishing professional relationships with hospital staff through informal discussions, meetings, and participation in conferences.
  6. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding products and services by devising innovative and practical solutions in collaboration with relevant personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to create optimal outcomes.
  7. Clinical Trial Assistance: Oversee and provide technical support for clinical trial activities within the designated territory by facilitating the site authorization process and adhering to study protocols as outlined in the clinical investigational plan.
  8. Training and Support: Deliver initial and ongoing training, education, and assistance for clinical center staff on clinical trial protocols, processes, products under investigation, and related procedures.

What We Seek:

  • Prior experience with a bachelor's degree in health-related fields, science, nursing, or equivalent technical experience in a cath lab setting.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the medical community, including patients.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
