Mission Overview

Odds Scanner is on the lookout for a dedicated and performance-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will concentrate on driving impactful results through strategic influencer collaborations, especially within the Brazilian market. Your responsibilities will encompass working with a diverse range of influencers, including micro and nano influencers, as well as brand ambassadors. If you possess expertise in influencer selection, training, and persona development for in-house creators, and if data-driven decision-making is your forte, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute influencer marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with a variety of influencers, including micro, nano, and larger influencers, along with brand ambassadors, particularly in the Brazilian market.
  • Supervise the casting and training processes for influencers, ensuring alignment with the brand's ethos and messaging.
  • Develop and manage personas for internal creators, assisting in their personal brand development and expansion.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of influencer marketing initiatives, utilizing data insights to refine campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure influencer-generated content is consistent with overarching marketing objectives.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing and social media dynamics.
  • Manage budgets, predict performance outcomes, and allocate resources effectively for influencer marketing projects.
  • Ensure that all influencer content adheres to brand standards and maintains a high quality of output.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as an Influencer Marketing Specialist or in a comparable position, with a strong emphasis on achieving results.
  • Proficient in working with a range of influencers, including micro, nano, and larger influencers, as well as brand ambassadors.
  • Familiarity with the Brazilian market and fluency in Portuguese are essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of influencer marketing strategies and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed marketing choices.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience in competitive sectors, particularly in sports or iGaming, is advantageous.
