Senior Innovation Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Innovation Analyst to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovation and growth across our business.

About the Role
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand strategies that drive sustainable growth and deliver business objectives.
  • You will provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, and sharing objectives.
  • You will help develop integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy, and positioning.
Requirements
  • You have experience in delivering results and driving business growth.
  • You have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and a creative mindset - a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.
  • You have fluency in advanced data analysis (Scanntech, Nielsen, Kantar, Euromonitor, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • You have advanced English language skills (you will be working with global teams).
