Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Backend Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining secure systems for our client ecosystem.

As a Backend Systems Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to iterate on the design, implementation, and deployment of our product. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and building scalable backend systems and applications
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments
  • Practicing engineering best practices (e.g., automated testing, code reviews, proper monitoring)
  • Providing expertise in Microservice architecture, migration from monoliths, and cloud-based solutions

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ Years of experience in designing and architecting backend services
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming languages such as C#, OOP principles, and Agile methodology
  • Experience working with AWS, New Relic, Kibana, and other relevant tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced English proficiency required
