Linux Technical Account Manager

Canonical is seeking a skilled and experienced Linux Technical Account Manager to drive the success of our major customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with our customers to understand their technical infrastructure and environment, hardware, and/or product(s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage exceptional service on assigned accounts.
  • Gather understanding of our partner's technical infrastructure and environment, hardware, and/or product(s).
  • Investigate issues reported by customers through research and collaboration with others across the organization.
  • Escalate support issues and prioritize tasks as a customer advocate.
  • Contribute new articles and maintain existing knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call support out of office hours on a rotation basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Linux systems.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes, OpenStack, virtualization, and other Cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrable expertise in one or more areas including advanced storage, networking, clustering, cloud computing, and Linux integration.
  • Experience managing customer relationships through consulting engagements.
