Global Payroll Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain a client-focused design mindset and employ highly developed consultative skills to interact with clients at all levels of their organization.
  • Minimize risk and total cost of ownership by advocating standard solutions based on ADP's best practices to maximize client value.
  • Project confidence in ADP's solutions and services while setting appropriate client expectations.
  • Maintain Global Payroll knowledge and act as a mentor to support fellow team members in developing their respective skills.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members, prioritize tasks, and make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment, drive quality, and client satisfaction via projects that are on time and within budget.
  • Drive innovation, best practices, and achievement of strategic objectives while building the Global Solution Designer brand.
  • Contribute to after-action reviews and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Provide consulting and quality assurance to ensure global decisions are applied and adapted correctly to local projects.


Qualifications


  • Degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written); Spanish, German, or French is an added value.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP Payroll with at least 7 years' experience implementing SAP Payroll internationally or within global organizations.
  • Highly experienced with SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle Integration Implementations, actively configuring and writing imports and exports.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to drive change in uncertain circumstances, and a proven track record of analyzing and designing solutions.
  • Prioritize, analyze, and follow up with high-level skills, manage client interactions, and create client-facing materials that simplify complex solutions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment or independently, with a good understanding of Integration Technologies (IAAS) and/or ADP Integration Solutions.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Tools (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) and ability to tailor communications to various cultures and learning styles.
  • Ability and enthusiasm in facilitating virtual meetings involving international parties and understanding of international culture and ability to work in a multinational environment.
  • Comfortable on video presenting to various audiences and willing and able to travel up to 30% (domestic or internationally).
