Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled procurement professional to manage the sourcing and purchasing of inventory items for projects. This includes monitoring volume, pricing, and vendor schedules.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage opportunities.

• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers for cost-effectiveness and reliability.
• Develop and approve suppliers, ensuring they meet the required standards.
• Manage, review, and continuously improve internal procedures and controls.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, as well as experience with ERP systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the equipment manufacturing industry.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
