Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our most complex customer projects. This role is responsible for ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and contractual requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties to execute projects flawlessly.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Minimize project risks through proactive risk management.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Project Management.
  • Industry certifications (PMI, Scrum, Agile) are highly valued.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Expertise in Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • End-to-end project oversight: planning, scoping, scheduling, forecasting; budgeting and cost tracking.
  • Risk and change management.
  • Strong reporting and performance tracking.
  • Team leadership (including remote and multicultural teams).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken). Fluency in Spanish is beneficial.
