Job Title: User Experience Leader

The role of a User Experience Leader involves leading and working in partnership with global product teams to develop simple and intuitive user experiences for customers and millions of users worldwide.

As a key member of the team, you will use your depth in UX design, interaction design, and systems thinking to produce holistic end-to-end experiences that focus on user needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering on the mobile product roadmap, partnering with matrixed, geographically distributed teams through all stages of the software development lifecycle
  • Influencing product roadmaps and designers, advocating for ways to improve existing products and ensure quality experiences
  • Utilizing skills in design thinking, user research, and user-centered design to create low-to-high fidelity mobile designs and prototypes
  • Working closely with Design Systems and Accessibility teams to ensure consistent and accessible design solutions that adhere to or expand on the current design system framework
  • Collaborating with mobile product and engineering teams to understand system intricacies and configurations, balancing ideal user experiences with system constraints

Requirements include:

  • Solid experience in User Experience Design
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability designing complex experiences
  • Strong interaction design, identifying user stories, creating user flows, and low-to-high fidelity designs
