Key to success in our organization is having a talented Data Engineer. A skilled professional will be responsible for creating and maintaining data pipelines and architecture using Snowflake.
This role requires expertise in SQL, Python, and ELT frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Develop scalable data pipelines using Snowflake to ingest and transform data from various sources.
- Implement robust ETL/ELT processes and validation routines using SQL, Python, and orchestration tools like dbt or Apache Airflow.
- Collaborate with Analytics, BI, and Product teams to translate business requirements into actionable data products.
The successful candidate will thrive in analytics-driven environments where clean, efficient data powers strategic decision-making. You must be detail-oriented and results-driven, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align data engineering solutions with business goals.
A solid understanding of data modeling (e.g., star schemas, dimensional modeling) and cloud platforms is required. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and compliance standards such as HIPAA and SOC2 is also necessary.
