About the Role

This leadership position oversees strategic sourcing and procurement operations within a designated account portfolio, driving high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, developing innovative strategies to enhance operational excellence.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, directors, and suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Driving results through program implementation, monitoring progress, and meeting KPIs and goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic sourcing, with expertise in team management, negotiation, and problem-solving. A bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CPM or CPSM.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $218,750-$231,250 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision care, paid parental leave, and paid time off.
