A Regional Process Specialist is sought after to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in the paper industry. This role requires a strong understanding of machine optimizations, rebuilds, and product differentiation.
- The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of our Paper Machine Service Strategy.
- They will lead paid/unpaid machine or section audits to gain performance understanding.
- Analyze demand for paper machine products and services, as well as competitor strengths and weaknesses.
- SUPPORT sales strategies with a focus on differentiation.
- Guide and support R&D efforts to achieve a preferred supplier position.

- Completed university degree in paper-making, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of proven experience in the paper industry working on machine optimizations/rebuilds.
- Strong strategic thinking, entrepreneurial action, and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as intercultural competence.
- Enhanced customer focus to develop our business.
- Proven success in developing and implementing growth strategies within a service-driven business.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; other foreign languages an advantage.
