Key Responsibilities

As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR Rewards team, focusing on benefits administration and providing exceptional service to employees and managers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive and effective HR Rewards support, with a strong emphasis on benefits administration.
  • Assisting with handling multiple employee and/or manager Rewards issues or concerns as escalated from Tier 1 GBS.
  • Escalating major level issues or concerns to COE or HRBP as required.
  • Administering applicable Kerry HR and Reward programs, including car programs, scholarship programs, benefit plans, recognition programs, Medical & Life Insurance, and annual Benefits renewal.
  • Managing and administering leave of absence programs as applicable for Latam.
  • Administering employee lifecycle reward processes, including new hire, life event, and terminations.
  • Administering and managing applicable pension and retirement programs for Latam.
  • Forming solid working relationships within Kerry, leveraging communication technologies and tools, and developing thorough knowledge of the business and HR Rewards policies and procedures.
  • Utilizing Continuous Excellence tools to deliver effective cost savings and provide efficient solution-driven resources for key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as applicable.
  • Partnering with HRDs, HRBPs, HR Managers, and COEs to maintain an effective Rewards strategy execution.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Desirable > 3 years of experience in Rewards.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration, including compensation and other Latam countries.
  • Administration of Medical & Life Insurance, benefits invoices administration, vendors management, annual renewal of benefits, process documentation management, benefits policies update, new benefits implementation, benefits communication campaign, salary increase calculations according to Union agreements, facilitating trainings on new/updated benefits, participation in benefit surveys, data analysis on benefit use trending, annual budget submission.
  • Desirable knowledge in administration of company cars, project management.
  • Competencies: negotiating, timely decision-making, driving results, resilience, self-awareness, customer focus, collaborating, presentation skills, process management, comfort around higher management, interpersonal savvy.
  • Skills: Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Excel proficiency, managing through systems, data-driven, organizational & planning agility, priority setting, learning on the fly, dealing with ambiguity, attention to details, problem-solving.
