High-End Interior Fit-Out Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our high-end interior fit-out projects in the UAE/KSA.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple trades, coordinating diverse teams, and ensuring quality, productivity, and safety on site.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with a solid understanding of technical drawings, construction materials, and interior finishes. They will also have experience in luxury interior fit-out, with a proven ability to interpret and explain technical drawings to ensure accurate and timely task completion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams in fit-out trades including marble, woodwork, metal, glazing, partitions, ceilings, and painting.
  • Interpret and explain technical drawings to ensure accurate and timely task completion.
  • Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with HSE policies.
  • Manage tools, materials, and manpower to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks, resolve minor site issues, and escalate critical ones to the Site Manager.
  • Record and report daily site progress, delays, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years' hands-on experience in the construction industry.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Fit-Out Foreman managing multiple trades on high-end projects.
  • Previous experience in luxury interior fit-out is a must (hospitality, retail, commercial, or high-end residential).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills – able to coordinate diverse teams and subcontractors.
  • Solid understanding of technical drawings, construction materials, and interior finishes.
  • Proven track record in productivity improvement, quality management, and safety enforcement.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to write daily reports in English.
